Sparked on a Sampan is back!
Join us for two nights only on the water as we celebrate the last floating restaurant in Hong Kong. In the 60s and 70s, these waters were alive with floating homes and dinner parties. We’re keeping that spirit alive.
Enjoy an 8-course Cantonese menu curated by the sampan aunties, featuring the freshest seafood (or a vegetarian alternative), complemented by exceptional wines from CWS Wines and a kick of Spark Sauces -your favourite Hong Kong-inspired condiments.
It’s a taste of old Hong Kong, served with a view and madness.

Fine Print (that you should really be reading always)
• Bring along a sweater, as Hong Kong weather can be very unpredictable and wear comfortable shoes as you need to embark and disembark from two sampans (boats)
• The ticket includes an 8-dish Cantonese Seafood or Vegetarian meal with 3-4 glasses of wine. The vegetarian menu has one dish with egg, we can modify it to a vegan menu, upon request.
• Water and Wine will be provided, and any other beverage is available on the boat for purchase or you may bring your own!
• Bookings are made on a first-come, first-serve basis and only confirmed upon payment. No refunds or cancellations.
•Meeting location is in Causeway Bay and exact details will be sent over WhatsApp by 22nd March.
• Please arrive on time as we need to sail on the sampan on the scheduled slot and can’t do late pick-ups.
• There is a bathroom onboard; keep in mind this is on a sampan. Please manage expectations.
